hola

not much again today. well, last night i was riding to my car on the bus minding my own business and this lady that was sitting across from me had chicken wings and hot sauce ina cup. well, the bus hit a bump and the hot sauce spilled all over my bare foot. seeing as i was wearing sandals yesterday.damn i dint think they got that sauce that hot, it was either because it was hot or it jsut stung from the sauce being hot sauce. dont ever let that stuff fall on you, especially on your feet. burnt like hell. took till i got home for most of the pain to go away and i had to take a shower for that to happen. very amusing, i laughed after the initial pain disappeared. very amusing indeed. here is some information on the expansion at the Casino. I find it interesting, hope you will as well. This is reported in the weekly employee news and information newsletter that is published for us. "Water is flowing through one of the twin waterfalls in the new Winter Garden, gining a glimpse of the dramatic visual and aural effect to come when construction is complete. Much of the marble floor tile has been installed, and the in-floor planters for the 22-foot palm trees and other plants have been readied to recieve potting soil and flora. The structure for the indoor fountain, part of the main entry into the gaming floor, also is in place. Outside, workers spent much of last week laying the steamheat hoses that will keep the sweeping driveway clear of snow and ice during the winter. Work on the Tower Hotel and the Events Center continues at a rapid pace. Most of the sheetrock has been installed in the Tower, and crews are painting, wallpapering, and installing bath and floor tile throughout the building. In the Events Center, about three-quarters of both the fixed and retractable seating has been installed, and almost all of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work has been completed. Landscaping and sidewalk installation continue around the resort complex. Last week, crews were planting trees, shrubs and grasses in the median on the main entrance boulevard. The ground near the Route 365 entrance is being terraced as part of the landscaping around the new 200-foot-long stone wall, which eventually will hold new signage for the resort. Furnishings for the dining and lounge area at the new clubhouse at Atunyote Golf Club began arriving last week. Most of the sheetrock is hung and finished, and workers have begun priming and painting. The oversized Cape Cod-style building is slated to be finished around Labor Day." Hope you enjoy learning some more about whats happening at the casino. as i get more news ill pass it along. in the next few days i will be putting in excerpts from the booklet i recieved when i went on the property tour, some interesting facts to share. I also put up two new polls. we want your opinion on the names we picked for the little one that is on the way. i took all the rest of the polls down so its just those two now. katie and the baby are doing good, she went to her docotrs this afternoon to see why she has a pain in her lower left side. sure its nothing other than a muscle either being pushed on by the baby or jsut normal pregnancy stuff, better safe than sorry though. keep us in your thoughts. FYI: You expel air at 15 M.P.H. talk to you later Joe
